Deeper Strength Counseling Services is seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) for a full-time remote role via telehealth in El Paso, TX. The clinician will provide culturally sensitive care, conduct assessments, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The position requires a Master's or Doctoral degree and a Texas license, with 2+ years preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensed as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.
• Proficient in evidence-based treatments and culturally competent practice.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions with cultural considerations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists for coordinated care and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies.
• Document all interactions confidentially in an EHR and uphold ethical standards.
• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to improve patient care.
• Pursue ongoing cultural competency training and stay updated on best practices.
