Job summary

Dignified Counseling Services is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to provide remote telehealth services across diverse populations. The role emphasizes culturally competent care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional development.

The position requires a Colorado license, experience with telehealth platforms, and strong skills in crisis intervention, client education, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Colorado.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Cultural competence with inclusive, responsive therapy.
• Crisis intervention skills and ability to de-escalate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Experience with EHR systems and computer applications.
• Professionalism in maintaining boundaries, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing culturally sensitive mental health assessments with diverse clients.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans reflecting client experiences.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using varied clinical approaches.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals for holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies with calm, effective response.
• Educate clients and families about mental health, options, and resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in case conferences and ongoing professional development.
