Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee is essential.
• Understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy.
• Capacity for delivering both individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with culturally sensitive approaches and tailor treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and adapt interventions to diverse client backgrounds.
