Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed as LCSW / LPC / LMFT or Psychologist in Texas.
• Experience in culturally competent therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions with cultural relevance.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Offer crisis intervention during emergencies and ensure timely response.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation in line with ethics and laws.
• Participate in team case conferences and ongoing cultural competency training.
• Stay updated with research and evolving therapeutic approaches.
