Job summary

Health Booster Counseling Clinic is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to provide remote, culturally sensitive counseling to a diverse clientele in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining ethical standards and using EHR systems. Arizona license required.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, valid Arizona license as LMFT/LPC/LCSW.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy with culturally diverse clients.
• Crisis management skills and ability to provide immediate support.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Employ evidence-based interventions with cultural and personal context.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, treatment options and resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation compliant with legal and organizational standards.
• Participate in case conferences, training, and cultural competency activities.
• Stay updated on mental health research and treatment modalities.
