You will translate practice needs into scalable assets and coordinate across technology, practice groups, and business teams to drive efficiency and client value.

Formación

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead practice innovation projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Develop knowledge assets and AI-enabled workflows for scalable client value.
• Evaluate and pilot legal technology and AI tools with governance alignment.
• Deliver training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
• Support client presentations and expand innovative service delivery models.
