Qualifications

• A J.D. or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the Litigation PSC, providing strategic advice on innovation and knowledge management.
• Analyze legal workflows and deliverables to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Develop, prototype, test, and govern practice-specific knowledge assets and workflows.
• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Support client presentations, demos, and business development efforts showcasing Practice Innovation capabilities.
