Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to advance innovation within the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers. The role focuses on transforming legal service delivery through knowledge management, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable solutions, while ensuring attorney judgment guides all work.

You'll collaborate with practice leaders, attorneys, and business teams to develop reusable assets, pilot tools, and training that boost efficiency, consistency, and client value

Qualifications

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC.
• Develop client-facing solutions and alternative service delivery models.
• Support client presentations, proposals, and business development initiatives.
• Measure impact of initiatives through adoption metrics and feedback.
