Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to drive innovation, knowledge management, and workflow optimization across the Litigation PSC. The role focuses on AI-enabled solutions and improving legal service delivery while aligning with attorney judgment.

Responsibilities include developing reusable knowledge assets, piloting legal tech tools, and translating practice needs into scalable firm resources.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop practical, scalable solutions, and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Contribute to client-facing solutions and other strategic innovation initiatives.
• Support client presentations, demonstrations, and business development initiatives that showcase the firm’s Practice Innovation capabilities.
• Measure and improve the impact of Practice Innovation initiatives through adoption metrics and feedback.
• Capture and share successful use cases to expand impact across PSCs and the broader firm.
