You will develop training, promote adoption, and measure impact while collaborating across offices. This remote role supports diverse practice areas with strong emphasis on client value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Experience with legal technology and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong ability to translate practice needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Innovation within Litigation PSC.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery and client value.
• Translate needs into knowledge assets, workflows, and technology initiatives.
• Lead collaboration between attorneys and business teams to implement solutions.
• Develop and deliver training on knowledge resources and tools.
