Husch Blackwell LLP in the United States is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to lead knowledge management and AI-enabled workflow initiatives within the Litigation PSC. Remote work option with national scope.

You will partner with practice leaders, translate client needs into scalable solutions, and drive adoption of innovative tools while ensuring compliance and attorney judgment remains central.

Qualifications

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop practical, scalable solutions, and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Contribute to the development of client-facing solutions and other strategic innovation initiatives.
• Support client presentations, demonstrations, and business development initiatives showcasing the firm’s Practice Innovation capabilities.
• Measure adoption and impact of initiatives and share lessons learned across PSCs and the firm.
