• 5+ years as practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the Litigation PSC, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
• Develop and govern practice-specific knowledge assets, playbooks, precedents, and templates for reuse across matters.
• Identify opportunities to automate, enable AI, and improve workflows; translate results into scalable assets.
