Opendoor is building a remote Listing Partner team in Georgia for professionals with an active Georgia real estate license. As a Listing Partner, you’ll focus on learning our playbook, mastering our tools, and building strong negotiation and communication skills.

You’ll be supported with training, clear processes, and coaching so you can ramp into handling a high volume of listings and contracts with confidence. Join a full-time role that requires weekend coverage during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• Active real estate license in any state or ability to obtain within Defined timeline.
• Experience negotiating high-volume real estate transactions and managing timelines.
• Strong communication skills for explaining terms and advocating for clients.

Aufgaben

• Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents as the main contact.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and concessions to balance conversion and customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams and title partners to close on time.
• Oversee repair negotiations based on inspection reports and data.
• Maintain documentation in internal systems for file status transparency.
• Monitor portfolio health and escalate when strategy support is needed.
• Deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences via proactive communication.
