Job summary

Keystone Technologies in Atlanta, GA is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales, strong customer service skills, proficiency with Excel and CRM, and knowledge of lighting products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry knowledge preferred but not required (for Hybrid); Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required (for Remote).
• Strong communications skills and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor inventory levels and support demand planning.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Utilize CRM, P21, IAV report, and Excel to manage ESCO&NA projects.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel & CRM; track status and delivery.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they close.
• Receive and process ESCO customer purchase orders; allocate material.
• Build rapport with ESCO customers to drive product demand.
• Assist the ESCO team in processing time-sensitive orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
