Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lifecycle Project Manager- Power & Energy (Remote) to support our Power & Energy Program Management Team in the United States. The role focuses on managing transmission, substation, and communications projects with emphasis on SCADA/telecom, while developing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years PM experience in Power Delivery or related infra.
Experience managing medium to large transmission line/substation projects for electric utility clients.
Advanced understanding of utility project delivery, including planning, permitting, construction readiness, outage coordination, and client reporting requirements.
Strong ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple transmission line and substation projects of significant size and complexity.
Provide senior-level PM oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, procurement, and commissioning.
Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project schedules and cost forecasts for portfolio visibility.
Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, earned value, and change control.
Mentor project managers and team members to ensure delivery aligns with standards and client expectations.
