Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power & Energy Lifecycle Project Manager (Remote) to join the Power & Energy Program Management Team. This role focuses on managing schedules, budgets, quality, and client relationships for transmission, substation, and telecom projects, with emphasis on SCADA and telecommunication aspects.

The successful candidate will lead project lifecycle activities from proposal to closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, and compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Working towards project management certification (PMP, CAP-M) is preferred.
• 5+ years of post-education project management experience in the industry.
• Understanding of A/E/C project delivery processes and PM principles.
• Ability to lead with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Create WBS tasks and estimated costs for projects.
• Maintain project documentation across Risk/REF/RMP, PMP, QP, PSP, and Communications Plan.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings with key stakeholders.
• Monitor project metrics, cash flow, and budget margins.
