Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lifecycle Project Manager for Power & Energy (Remote) to lead major transmission line and substation programs across the US. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction readiness, and commissioning.

You will develop integrated schedules, track performance, and maintain strong client relationships, traveling as needed to client offices and sites. A strong PM background in power delivery and utilities is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business or related field; 10+ years of PM experience in Power Delivery/utility infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large transmission line or substation projects for electric utilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple major transmission line and substation projects.
• Provide senior-level oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, procurement, and commissioning.
• Develop and communicate integrated project schedules, cost forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, earned value, change management, and cost control.
• Lead client engagement and relationships, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and WSP standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure QA/QC, governance, and audit readiness across projects.
