Job summary

Goldie Locks® | Luxury Hair Care is seeking a Senior Manager to own email, SMS, and lifecycle communications from strategy through execution. You will be the voice of the brand in every inbox and text, advocating for customers and stylists while guiding a lean team.

Lead subscription communications, retention, loyalty, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure a seamless, brand-consistent experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, and SMS marketing in prestige beauty or haircare.
• Ability to own a program end-to-end with strategy and measurable results.
• Advanced Klaviyo experience with segmentation, automation, and multi-step flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full email and SMS program, including goals, strategy, roadmap, and performance benchmarks.
• Develop scalable, personalized programs for pro stylists and DTC audiences.
• Oversee onboarding, renewal, and win-back in subscription/retention efforts.
• Reimagine and optimize the loyalty program across the customer journey.
