We are seeking a hands-on Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager with 4+ years in ecommerce email/SMS. You will own monthly planning, build segments, write copy, QA, schedule campaigns, and manage automated flows in Klaviyo and Shopify, while collaborating directly with clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing with e-commerce brands.
• Strong copywriter comfortable owning both strategy and execution using Klaviyo and Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly email and SMS planning with clients and calendars for launches and promotions.
• Write copy, build segments, QA, schedule campaigns, and manage automated flows across welcome, cart, and post-purchase.
• Run a testing roadmap, document results, and build repeatable planning and reporting processes.
