Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist - Contracts Management to ensure contract activities for external employees and clients meet legal standards while delivering a superior employee experience. You will report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager and operate in a fully remote, international team.

You will draft employment documents, advise on legislation, collaborate with payroll, legal, and government bodies, and drive process improvements and data protections across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee lifecycle events with care and legal compliance.
• Ability to advise on employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Aptitude for automation and optimizing processes.
• Focus on documentation, data integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Serve as custodian of employment terms and assist on complex projects.
• Draft and administer all lifecycle documents for internal and external employees.
• Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on interpretations.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies for compliance.
• Develop and update global Contracts Management documentation with changes.
