Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist in Digital Pathology to drive revenue growth in the U.S. This remote role covers North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky, collaborating with a local team to execute sales plans and deliver customer value.

The position requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong negotiation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and MS Office skills. Expect 50–75% travel and a comprehensive benefits package including bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant field.
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with the local assigned team.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with manager/mentor.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategy awareness.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
