Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across Georgia and South Carolina with remote coverage. You will collaborate with the Digital Pathology team and report to the Regional Sales Manager, aiming to expand market share and deliver outstanding customer support.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong negotiation skills. Travel up to 50-75% and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience).
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with the local team.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Deliver sales and support to ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate product demos and training.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies in the territory.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
