Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of selling products of a technical nature preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microscopy, Imaging and application areas.
• Proven relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account management: develop strategies to grow funnel and increase sales in Michigan for Leica products.
• Funnel generation: identify selling opportunities across product lines, lead team selling efforts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Engineers and Manufacturing.
• Funnel management: maintain pipeline and forecast using standard work and Salesforce.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities with customers and develop application notes.
