Job summary

DXC Insurance Services is hiring for a fully remote role within the United States. You will respond to annuity contract holder inquiries, explain policy provisions, and process related transactions with precision across multiple systems.

The role requires 2 years of life insurance experience, elite customer service, and a solid understanding of insurance products and administrative processes. Background checks and pre-employment screenings apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to annuity contract holders by responding to requests via written correspondence regarding their contract products and benefit plans.
• Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding contract aspects such as policy provisions, values, and procedures.
• Process transactions and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas.
• Efficiently access multiple electronic systems to provide complete response.
• Strengthen the relationship between the customer and our insurance clients.
• Support special campaigns as needed, or if solicited by the customer.
• Perform responsibilities professionally with strong verbal and quality service skills.
