Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a FINRA-licensed Registered Representative to join our customer service team in a remote, US-based role. You will handle complex inquiries, perform account maintenance, and process financial service transactions in compliance with FINRA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Life insurance experience is required.
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service through inbound contact center for complex inquiries.
• Perform account updates, maintenance, and transaction processing with accurate documentation.
• Process and distribute mail for multiple clients per SLAs and maintain data quality.
• Support QA reviews and remediation for FINRA-regulated transactions.
