Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a FINRA-licensed Registered Representative to join our US-based customer service team. You will handle complex client inquiries, process account maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This remote role reports to the DXC team and operates within a Monday–Friday CST schedule. Ideal candidates have LIFE INSURANCE/financial services experience and hold FINRA Series 6 or 7, with at least 2 years in a call center.

Qualifications

• FINRA license required at hire or within the allowed window.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center.
• Life insurance or financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Perform account maintenance and transaction processing with accurate records.
• Support QA reviews and ensure regulatory compliance during interactions.
