Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a call center.
• Life insurance experience required.
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at hire.
• Experience in financial services or banking with FINRA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to clients through the inbound contact center.
• Perform account maintenance and financial service transactions.
• Research and resolve client requests with compliance.
• Process and distribute mail for multiple clients per SLAs.
• Assist with VOC reviews and remediation actions.
• Support escalation management and QA reviews for FINRA transactions.
