Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a FINRA-licensed Registered Representative to join our insurance-focused customer service team in a remote, United States-wide role. You will handle complex inquiries, perform account maintenance, and complete financial service transactions with strict compliance.

The position requires life insurance experience and FINRA licensing at hire, with a standard 8-hour shift within CST business hours.

Qualifications

• FINRA license required (Series 6 or 7) at hire or within the allowed window.
• Life insurance experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service through the inbound contact center.
• Perform account maintenance and transaction processing with accurate documentation.
• Research and resolve complex client inquiries with escalation as needed.
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements for FINRA-regulated transactions.
• Assist with VOC feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
