Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process death claim transactions with agents, beneficiaries, and departments.
• Learn and adapt to additional payment processes as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies per guidelines.
• Report potential fraud or unethical requests.
• Provide elite customer service via written or phone communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes affecting customer experience.
