Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone, inside sales, telesales, or call center.
• State life insurance license or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with web-based quoting tools and a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch; let the family do most of the talking.
• Present options by phone/video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track of any.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time.
