• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Experience selling by phone (inside sales, telesales, or call center).
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions; let families talk and guide the discussion.
• Present options by phone/video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep multiple cases moving and log follow-ups in the CRM.
• Participate in team reviews to refine approach.
