The Wood Agency Life is seeking a self-motivated, 100% remote life insurance salesperson to work as an independent contractor (1099). You will connect with families who requested information, conduct longer conversations by phone or video, and aim to complete applications within the same appointment.

You'll rely on exclusive lead systems, team call reviews, and mentorship from Ben and Andrea to sharpen your approach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling by phone via inside sales, telesales or call center.
• State life license or plan to obtain licensure before first sale.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics.
• Strong CRM and web-based quoting tool experience.

Aufgaben

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch so the family does most of the talking.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track of any of them.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time.
