Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced life insurance sales professional for a 100% remote, commission-based role. You will engage families who requested coverage, guide them through options over phone or video, and finalize applications in the same session.

You’ll handle multiple cases, log activities in the CRM, and participate in weekly team calls with mentorship from Ben and Andrea. A state license is required before soliciting or selling. Independent contractor status applies.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone, inside sales, telesales, or call center.
• State life license or plan to obtain before first sale.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule longer conversations.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, letting the family talk.
• Present options by phone/video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep several cases moving and log all calls and follow-ups in CRM.
• Participate in team reviews and improve techniques.
