Qualifications
- Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or call center environments.
- Must have a state life insurance license or plan to obtain one before first sale.
- Comfortable working remotely as a 1099 independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Make first contact with inquiries and schedule longer conversations.
- Open with questions rather than pitches; let families talk.
- Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same meeting.
- Advance multiple open cases without losing track.
- Log calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Use team call reviews to improve your approach.
