Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client needs and sell life, long-term care, and disability income insurance through the Financial Institutions channel. The role is fully remote with responsibilities spanning discovery, solution articulation, and handling underwriting steps.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years direct life/ LTC/ disability insurance sales to clients, or 3+ years in inside sales, plus an active Life and Health license and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience in the field directly with clients and/or 3+ years inside sales helping agents sell life insurance.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must possess FINRA registrations.

Responsibilities

• Discuss client needs with and sell life insurance and annuities to clients and advisors.
• Complete insurance applications and manage underwriting process for cases.
• Explain product differences and advantages across term, whole life, universal life and variable universal life.
• Explain estate planning basics and insurance planning concepts including 1035 exchanges.
