Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss needs with clients and advisors, selling life, long-term care and disability income insurance to Crump's Financial Institutions accounts. The role is fully remote in the United States, requiring a current 6/63 FINRA registration and an agent of record background.

You will lead discovery, identify gaps, and describe solutions to meet client goals. You will complete applications, guide cases through underwriting, explain product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience in the field directly with clients and/or 3+ years inside sales helping agents sell life insurance through a General Agency or insurance carrier platform.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must possess and maintain FINRA registrations (e.g. 6/63).
• Proven sales track record of meeting quotas in the insurance industry.

• Explain how life, LTC, and DI products meet client needs and differences between product types.
• Complete insurance applications and guide cases through underwriting.
