Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client needs and sell life insurance and annuities to clients and advisors within Crump’s Financial Institutions channel. The role is fully remote.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through discovery, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and managing sales activity through underwriting to final purchase. Candidates should have life/health licenses and relevant FINRA registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required; FINRA registrations (Series 6 and 63) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to identify needs and articulate insurance solutions including life, long-term care, and disability income products.
• Manage daily activities and drive sales activity and pending business.
• Handle incoming calls from referrals and be available for pre-set calls with clients and advisors.
• Complete insurance applications and oversee underwriting process.
• Explain product features, differences, and advantages to clients and advisors.
• Move sales activity through to product purchase; assist in estate and business planning discussions.
