Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist (IS) to discuss client needs and sell life insurance and annuities through Crump’s Financial Institutions channel. The role is fully remote, enabling interaction with clients and advisors nationwide.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and insurance licenses, with a proven sales background in life insurance or related products. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• FINRA registrations required.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Proven sales track record in life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to assess personal or business needs and goals and explain solutions including life, long-term care and disability income insurance.
• Process insurance applications and follow cases through underwriting.
• Explain how various insurance products work and their advantages.
• Explain basics of estate and business planning and asset leveraging.
• Provide reasonable accommodations as needed.
