Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client needs and sell life insurance and annuities to clients and advisors served by Crump’s Financial Institutions channel. The role is fully remote and requires strong sales and insurance product knowledge.

You will lead discovery, build tailored solutions, and guide cases through underwriting while maintaining excellent client service standards. A production-driven, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience or 3+ years inside sales assisting agents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery with clients to identify gaps and propose life, long-term care, and disability coverage.
• Drive sales activity and manage pending business.
• Handle referrals and client/advisor calls.
• Complete insurance applications and guide cases through underwriting.
• Explain product differences and advantages to clients and advisors.
• Achieve sales quotas and progress through the sales cycle.
