Crump seeks an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client needs and sell life, long-term care and disability income insurance to clients and advisors via Crump's Financial Institutions channel.

This fully remote role requires a current 6/63 FINRA registration and Agent of Record experience, plus the ability to guide discovery, present solutions, and manage underwriting processes.

A Bachelor's degree and proven life insurance sales success are essential for this position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience in the field directly with clients and/or 3+ years handling inside sales helping agents sell life insurance through a General Agency or insurance carrier platform.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must possess and maintain appropriate FINRA registrations (e.g. Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers).
• Experience with PC's in a Windows environment; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Have a clear grasp and understanding of term, whole life, universal life and variable universal life products as well as long-term care and disability insurance solutions.
• Proven sales track record of hitting established sales quotas in the insurance industry.

Mansioni

• Discuss needs with clients and advisors and sell life, long-term care and disability income insurance.
• Complete insurance applications and follow cases through underwriting.
• Explain how various insurance products work, differences between product types and their advantages.
• Explain basics of estate planning, business planning, asset leveraging, insurance planning (including 1035 exchanges).
