Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client needs and sell life insurance and annuities across a Financial Institutions channel. The role is fully remote.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years direct life/long-term care/DI sales (or 3+ years inside sales), and active Life and Health licenses with FINRA registrations. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, along with knowledge of underwriting and estate planning basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• 2+ years direct life, long-term care and disability insurance selling experience, or 3+ years inside sales selling through an agency or carrier
• Active Life and Health Insurance license
• FINRA registrations (e.g., Series 6 and 63)

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through discovery of needs, goals and finances and describe solutions.
• Manage daily activities and drive sales activity and pending cases.
• Handle incoming calls from referrals and pre-set client calls with Advisors.
• Complete insurance applications and follow underwriting process.
• Explain how products work and their advantages to clients and advisors.
• Guide sales from input to product purchase and explain estate planning basics.
