Job summary

Crump seeks an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client needs and sell life insurance and annuities through the Financial Institutions channel. This fully remote role leads discovery, documents financial status, identifies gaps, and describes solutions including life, long-term care and disability insurance to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience.
• Experience handling inside sales for agents via GA or carrier platform.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• FINRA registrations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Discuss needs with clients and sell life insurance and annuities.
• Complete insurance applications and guide cases through underwriting.
• Explain product types and advantages to clients and advisors.
• Explain estate planning basics and insurance planning concepts.
• Work remotely and support Crump’s Financial Institutions channel.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
