Job summary

Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients on life insurance options and guide them through the application process. This is a remote, independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, ideal for self-motivated professionals seeking growth in a expanding industry.

You will conduct phone and virtual consultations, assess client needs, and present suitable coverage. Training and mentorship are provided alongside access to multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willing to obtain.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
