Job summary

Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate clients on life insurance solutions, assess needs, and guide through the application process. This remote, independent contractor role offers flexible schedules and ongoing professional development within a growing industry.

You will conduct phone and virtual consultations, recommend coverage options, and maintain CRM records while adhering to licensing and compliance standards. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
