Job summary

Integrityfex seeks a results-driven Sales Account Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions. You will educate, assess needs, present options, and guide them through the application process.

This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and access to multiple nationally recognized insurance carriers to support your clients and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
