Job summary

Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients about life insurance solutions and guide them through the application process. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role with schedule flexibility and ongoing mentorship.

You will conduct phone and virtual consultations, recommend coverage options, and maintain CRM records while meeting carrier guidelines and compliance standards. Growth and performance-driven advancement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
