Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions. You will educate clients, assess needs, present suitable coverage, and guide them through the application process in a remote, performance-based role.

This 1099 independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, access to multiple carriers, and a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable speaking with clients via phone and video.
• Organized with strong time-management habits.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on client goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
