Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients about life insurance, assess needs, present options, and guide the application process. This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor role offering schedule flexibility and professional development in a growing industry.

Responsibilities include contacting prospects, conducting consultations, recommending options, and maintaining CRM records while complying with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on client goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain records using the CRM platform.
• Follow carrier licensing, compliance guidelines, and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
