The Wood Agency Life in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales specialist for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor role focused on life insurance. You will build a pipeline by phone and video, guide families through options, and close on policy issuance.

This position leverages exclusive lead systems and carrier options; mentorship from Ben and Andrea, the agency leaders, is provided and a state license is required or planned. Fully remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with pipeline management.
• Ability to explain life insurance products clearly to prospects.
• Comfort with remote work and independent contracting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video
• Open with discovery, present options across multiple carriers
• Complete the application on the call and carry to policy issue
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM
• Keep clients informed during carrier review
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules
