The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales professional for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage a pipeline, schedule appointments, explain options across carriers, and guide applications through to issue, all while maintaining CRM notes and staying compliant with state rules.

Applicants should have inside sales experience, a license or plan to obtain one, and be comfortable working remotely with reliable tech.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license or plan to sit the exam before first sale.
• Ability to work fully remote with reliable tech.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Present options across multiple carriers after discovery.
• Complete applications during calls and push to policy issue.
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM in real time.
• Keep clients updated while carrier reviews the application.
• Stay current on product details and state insurance rules.
